Lúcio coming at you! Invite two friends from your school to join you in a Copa Lucioball 3v3 against other teams from across North America on PC! The winners of this two-day tournament will come off the field with over $900 in Blizzard Battle.net balance prizing! Contenders will play in five rounds of swiss matches. Teams with a record of 3-2 or higher will continue to a double elimination bracket to determine the Tespa Arcade: Summer Lucioball winners!

Schedule: 

The tournament will take place on August 11th, beginning at 11am PDT. The competition will consist of a 1-day five round swiss bracket where schools will play one match every 30 minutes. Schools with a positive win/loss record (3-2 or higher) will advance to the Double Elimination Playoffs seeded by their performance in the swiss stage.

Registration:

Once you’ve registered an account on Compete and verified your Student Status, you can either create a new team, or join any open team from your school.

Team Registration ends on August 10th, 2018 at 11:59pm PDT at which point teams will be added to the brackets.

2nd Place $70 Blizzard Battle.net Balance

3rd Place $50 Blizzard Battle.net Balance

4th - 5th Place $40 Blizzard Battle.net Balance

6th - 7th Place $30 Blizzard Battle.net Balance

8th - 12th Place $20 Blizzard Battle.net Balance

13th - 15th Place $10 Blizzard Battle.net Balance

Prize currency will be converted from US Dollars to the currency listed on each individual’s Blizzard Battle.net account at a time of payment. Players must remain on the roster at the end of the tournament to receive prizing. Prizing may take longer to process for Canadian residents.
