We’re looking for students of all skill levels across the United States and Canada to get involved and represent their schools in the Rocket League arena. Students currently enrolled, or who will be enrolled Full-Time in the upcoming Spring semester, are eligible to compete.
Once you've registered an account on Compete and verified your student status you can either create a new team, or join an existing open team from your school. If you don’t see any existing open teams from your school you can create one that will be displayed first to all other users from your school.
If your student email or school is new to our system, please allow up to 24 hours for them to be approved. We encourage your school to designate an Official Team Manager.
Registration for the qualifier will remain open until Thursday, February 14, at 11:59pm PST at which point rosters will lock. Soon after rosters lock, a confirmation email will be sent out to all eligible teams with their first match's details.
The top teams from each region at the end of the qualifier will be filtered into their respective region’s conference slots. The breakdown of regions can be found here. The number of qualifying slots will be posted in advance of the tournament date. At least Eight (8) teams will qualify per conference for the Regular Season.
Discord & Support
We encourage you to join our Competitive Discord to chat with tournament admins and other competitors in real time. Additionally you can Contact Us at Compete@Tespa.org for any general inquiries about the tournament.
The Conference Qualifier will see the top teams from each region qualifying for their respective conference's bracket. The conferences will then have their qualifying schools join the teams that participated in Fall season’s CRL Regular Season (who will have to maintain 50% of their roster) in a single elimination bracket, from which only 1 team per conference will advance to the Conference Finals. The prizes for the championship brackets are detailed below.
Upon the conclusion of the Spring 2019 Season of Collegiate Rocket League, the top 4 teams in each conference will earn a piece of the $50,000 prize pool relative to their finishing position.
Prizing is distributed amongst team proportional to official matches each player played starting in Conference Stage through Grand Finals.
